Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios has taken to the PlayStation Blog to talk about PlayStation & 20 Years of Play and to thank players for joining them on their 20 year journey but within the post, he also revealed an old take on a new product . . .
"We sincerely thank you for joining us on our exciting 20-year journey. You have made every bump and scrape we took along the way worthwhile. And there’s so much more to come! . . . But I don’t want to go on for too long, because we have a big piece of news to reveal: a very special 20th Anniversary Edition PS4!"
Coinciding with PlayStation's 20th Anniversary, Sony will be releasing a special edition PS4 wearing the original grey colour of the first PlayStation, the product will be priced at €499 and will be limited to 12,300 units, which reflects the original launch in 1994 |
