Kick off the news this week, Project Cars for the Wii U has been cancelled. Developer Slightly Mad Studios has confirmed that the game was canned because it was simply too much for the Wii U. The game was struggling to hold a constant 720p at 30fps. Personally I feel Wii U needs a hardware upgrade after this if it has any hope of competing with current gen consoles. Moving on, if you pick up a GeForce GTX graphics card, Nvidia will give you free copy of MGSV. This promotion only applies to certain GTX cards which include, the GTX 980 Ti, 980, 970 or the 960 and for laptop users its the 980 or the 970m cards. Nivida has also said that GTX is the way to get the best experience in Phantom Pain. I'm sure they said this about Arkham Knight as well and well you know the rest....
Next up, Rise of the Tomb Raider has been confirmed for PS4! Yes you can join Lara Croft on her new adventure in 2016 on PS4 and PC. The game is also set to release this year on November 10th for Xbox One and Xbox 360. Will you be joining Lara on her new adventure on PS4? Comment below!
Batman Arkham Knight has a few date related secrets! Players have discovered that changing your PC or Console clock to October 31st you will discover extra scenes related to Man-Bat. In order to see these scenes you will have to have completed the Man-Bat side mission "Creature of the Night". Have you seen these scenes? Let me know what they're like in a comment below!
And finally Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 got an update this week only it was ten years late. Yes ten years after its release this game got a huge update and if your still playing today you might be happy to know that you can now win achievements, there are also Steam Cloud saves, 4K and 5K resolution support and extra controller support!
